信息技术环境下电大教师校本研修的现状与构想——以上海电视大学松江分校为例

The Current Situation and Conceive of TV University’s Teacher’s School-based Teaching Research and Training Based on Information Technology Environment—Take The Case of Songjiang TV University

上海电视大学松江分校为成人高校。如何充分利用学校信息化程度高、远程教育技术成熟的优势，通过校本研修，体现教师价值、发挥教师潜能，促进教师自主化、个性化、专业化发展是值得思考和深入研究的课题。通过考察信息环境下电大教师校本研修现状，并结合现状与相关教学理论，提出＂构想＂：构建有＂电大特色＂的＂校本研修系统＂，该系统将优化校园文化、信息化环境，提高教师综合素质，推动学校更好更快发展。

Songjiang TV University is an adult university. It is a topic for us to think and study deeply how school-based teaching research and training can help embody teachers’ value， develop their potential and enhance their independent， individualized and professional improvement by virtue of high-degree information technology and well-developed far-distance education technology. This paper illustrates the current situation of school-based teaching research and training in TV universities. Meanwhile， based on the current situation， this paper also proposes an idea that building a system of school-based teaching research and training with characteristic of TV universities， which can optimize campus culture and information environment， as well as improve teachers’ comprehensive quality in a move to help schools progress quickly and well.
