利用设计型研究的方法，通过对教学过程进行干预指导并构建英语虚拟对话系统，进而制定促进小学生英语学习兴趣和效率的框架系统。将信息技术和系统设计方法结合英语教学，从技术层面切入探究提高小学生英语学习效果的方法。

Through proceeding to intervene and guide the process of teaching English and building a virtual dialogue system by use of the design-based research methodology in order to establish a frame system which can promote interest and efficiency of primary school students in English learning. Combine IT and system design methodology with English teaching， from technology standpoint to explore methods which can effect the result of English learning.
