从基层教育工作者看电大人才培养模式

On RTVU Talent Training Model form the Perspective of Educators at Basic Level

采用随机抽样问卷调查方法，就电大开放教育学生学习动机、学习方式、学习困难和基层电大办学思路等方面内容，对广西电大系统基层教育工作者进行了调查分析，以正确认识电大人才培养模式，并针对存在问题提出了解决对策以期推动电大人才培养模式的改革和完善。

A questionnaire survey and analysis on the educators at basic level of Guangxi RTVU system is conducted with random sampling. This survey covers the issues of the learning motivation， learning methods and difficulties in learning， etc. of the RTVU students in the open education system， and it aims at helping correctly understand RTVU’s talent model. Further more， countermeasures are proposed to solve the existing problems in order to push forward the reform and improvement for RTVU’s talent training model.
