Design of Accessibility media Resource in Education Information Resource

文章首先介绍了信息资源无障碍的概念及其重大意义，然后就教育信息资源建设中出现的媒体资源无障碍问题进行了探讨并分别就文本、图像、音频、视频、动画资源提出了相应的媒体资源无障碍设计方案。

This paper presents information on accessibility and significance of improving the information on accessibility， and analyzes the problems existing in the construction of education information resources. Besides， it mainly discussed the corresponding solution guidelines for successfully design and structuring accessible media resource.
