I-skills cycle循环模式是继BIG6模式之后，JISC信息服务联合会提出的又一培养信息素养的有效途径和模式。文章重点介绍I-skills cycle循环模式的内涵，阐述了如何运用I-skills cycle循环模式来培养大学生的信息素养。

I-skills cycle is a new model after model of BIG6， JISC Information Service Federation propose an effective way and model to raise information literacy. This paper focuses on connotation of I-skills cycle model， and how to use I-skill cycle model to foster information literacy of college students.
