外语教育资源共建共享的实践与探索--外语专业委员会资源共建共享机制的探索

文章通过中国教育技术协会外语专业委员会近些年来在资源建设方面共建共享机制的建设过程，提出资源共建共享标准是基础；资源共建共享实施是关键；资源共建共享内容是核心等论点，并通过具体实践过程加以论述。

In this paper， the author discusses about the constructing process of the mechanism of constructing and sharing foreign language teaching resource of foreign language committee， which was referred by foreign language Committee of Chinese Education Technique Institute recent years. First， the author points out that the foundation is the criterion of constructing and sharing foreign language teaching resource. Second， the key is the implement of constructing and sharing foreign language teaching resource. At last， the core is the content of constructing and sharing foreign language teaching resource. Besides， the author also discourses upon the above issues through the specific practicing process.
