Teaching Evaluation System Based on Embedded Video Server

教学评估是教学管理中重要的环节之一。随着高校规模的迅速扩大和教育教学模式的改变，特别是多校区教学活动的展开和多媒体教学方法的运用，对教学评估工作提出了新的要求。文章依托学校现有的数字化教学环境，通过对教学过程评估工作需求的分析，提出了构建[基于嵌入式视频服务器的教学评估系统]的总体框架和设计实现方案。

Teaching evaluation is one of the most important parts in teaching management and also the basis of improving teaching quality and carrying out the teaching reform. With the rapid enlargement of the college dimension and the changes of the education and teaching model， especially the spreading of teaching activities in multi-campus and the using of teaching method-multimedia， new requirements in teaching evaluation are bringing out. In this paper， a teaching evaluation system is presented， which demonstrates the potential of using embedded video server for the evaluation and the management of teaching. Meanwhile， paper also analyzed and studied the system architecture in detail and set forth the embedded video server in focus.
