信息技术教师再学习中存在的问题及对策

IT Teachers Relearning：Problems and Solutions

在信息技术课程教学改革不断深入推进过程中，信息技术教师再学习存在的问题也不断呈现出来，主要表现为：不知学什幺；不知怎幺学；不愿意学习；没有时间学；没有地方学；没有好的学习内容。为此，文章提出如下解决对策：唤醒教师学习的需求；树立教师学习的信心；确定教师学习的内容；提供教师学习的环境。

With the deepening reform in IT course teaching， IT teachers have to qualify themselves by relearning， meanwhile problems arise such as: don’t know what to learn， don’t know how to learn， unwilling to learn， no time to learn and nowhere to learn， etc. Therefore， this article suggests the following solutions: awaking the demand for teachers learning， establishing the confidence of teachers learning and providing the learning environment.
