校园网是校园信息传输的平台，必须建立有机的、智能化的网络安全防范体系以保护校园信息和关键应用的安全。然而，不少校园网由于安全建设严重滞后，使得其在建设初期就埋下了安全隐患；投入运行后，又疏于安全管理，以致校园网没有发挥它应有的作用。因此，只有建成高速、稳定、安全、可靠的校园网，高校的数字信息资源、网络服务、信息服务等，才能正常运行。加强安全建设是建好、用好校园网的重要保障。该文就此提出了一些看法和建议。

The campus network is a platform for the campus information transmission. The organic， intelligent network security precautions must be established to protect the Campus Information System and the safety-critical applications. However， there is a long lage in campus network security. Along with its construction in the early， some safety problems has hidden.When putting into operation， lack of security management makes campus network could not play a role. Therefore， only completed high-speed， stability， security， reliable campus network， the number of information resources， network services and information services will operate normally. Therefore， to strengthen security building is completed， use Campus Network important safeguards. This paper gives some views and recommendations.
