高校图书馆与院系资料室都是学校的文献信息资源机构，两者都是利用文献资源为教学、科研服务的。该文简述了两者的定位、异同、现状和存在的问题，并提出了两者之间实行文献信息资源共建共享的新思路。

University library and information resources departments of the college library are resource institutions of university， and both present services for teaching and research using resources literature. The paper illustrates their position， similarities， the current situation and existing problems. In the end， some new ideas of information resource sharing are outlined.
