远程开放教育中非正式制度教育现象的研究与思考

A Study on the Informal Education Phenomenon of Open Distance Education

本文主要通过网络问卷、网络观察、访谈法和扎根研究等研究方法，对国内某省级广播电视大学的班级网站这一非正式制度教育现象进行调查研究和思考。文章首先介绍了班级网站的发展历程、研究样本、研究方法和研究过程等；然后，对班级网站的基本情况和应用现状予以描述，着重分析了学生使用班级网站的目的、沉默的大多数现象；最后对班级网站这一教育新事物加以总结和批判。文章认为，远程开放教育发展日趋社会化，非正式制度教育现象越来越多，教育研究者必须跳出教育的范畴，远程教育研究应该走进学习者的日常生活之中，关注他们的人际交往和情感沟通，加强远程教育的社会学研究。

By using online questionnaire， deep interview， and grounded research method， the researcher raises a critical reflection and study on the class website of a Radio & TV university. The article suggests that the process of open distance learning is becoming more and more socialization， people should put themselves into the daily life of the learners， pay enough attention on all types of informal education phenomena， and more deep studies on distance sociology are needed.
