Study on the Process Strategies of Performance Management

该文通过对组织运行过程中出现的绩效不良的问题及其成因进行分析，根据教学系统设计原理和ADDIE绩效管理一般模式，构建了一个改进的绩效管理过程模式，并基于此过程模式给出了组织绩效不良问题的解决策略，以期能够推进绩效管理的有效实施。

The article constructs an improved performance management process model by analysis the problems of the performance management and under the guide of instructional design and the ADDIE general pattern of the performance management. This article also makes the solving strategies of the problems basing on the process model with a view to promote the performance management effectively.
