山区农远工程管理和应用现状与策略--安徽省霍山县农远工程运行情况调研

Current Status and Strategies for Management and Applications of the Modern Distance Education Project in Rural Schools in the Mountainous Area --Research on the Modern Distance Education for Rural Schools in Huoshan County, Anhui Province

山区县农远工程应用区域推进的进展情况深受各方关注。该文从农远工程基层工作者的角度出发，通过对县域农远工程管理和应用情况的调查，梳理出当前工作中存在的主要问题和困难，分析了其制约因素，归纳出＜提高思想认识、规范管理机制、加强应用指导、实施分层培训、组织教研科研、整合教育资源、组建服务团队、确保后续投入＞的应对策略。

The Modern Distance Education for Rural Schools in mountainous areas has been paid much attention. As a basic performer， the author has being researched the Project and known about the current status and its effects. This paper collects the existing problems， analyses its restrictive factors， then summarizes a series of effective ways to deal with the problems--＜reinforcing understanding of the Project， regulating the operational system， emphasizing the performance and application， implementing training plans， organizing studies， collecting educational resources， setting up specialized teams and ensuring available services.＞
