校企合作模式下的IT导入型企业大学的设计与实践

The Design and Implementation of IT Importing Enterprise Campus System within the Campus-Enterprise Cooperation Framework

企业大学是企业常设的员工培训机构。通常由企业出资建立，为实现组织的战略目标而对员工、客户以及价值链合作伙伴提供相关的培训与教育。企业大学的创办模式主要包括：自主创建模式与校企合作模式。该文以清华企业远程学堂为例，阐述了校企合作模式下的IT导入型企业大学的设计与实践，期望为当前的企业大学建设提供可资借鉴的参考。

Enterprise Campus is usually an employee-training department within an organization. It is established by the organization and provides the related training services for the employees， customers and cooperation partners of the organization. Enterprise Campus is established mainly through two ways. First， the enterprise campus is developed within the organization independently. Second， the enterprise campus is developed with the cooperation between an organization and a university or campus. Taking the Tsinghua Enterprise Long-range Classroom as an example， this paper details the design and implementation of IT importing enterprise campus system within the campus-enterprise cooperation framework. The authors hope that the paper can be helpful for any organization to establish their enterprise campuses.
