中文摘要 | ICT的发展未教育带来了巨变,为教师的能力标准提出了新要求。面向教师的ICT标准研究已经成为世界各个国家关注的热点问题,我国在2004年也适时地推出了《中国教师教育技术能力(试行)》。文章就中美英日四国的ICT标准从不同维度进行了比较、分析,并对我国面向下一代教师的ICT标准发展提出几点启示。 |
英文摘要 | The development of ICT has brought great changes to education, put forward new requirements to the teacher competencies' standards. Every country's standards for teachers became a hot issue. In 2004, Chinese Ministry of Education has launched "Chinese Teachers in Education Technology Competency Standards (Trial)". In this passage, we compared the ICT standards of China with that of America, England, Japan,then to get a deep analysis to the ICT standards of four countries from the different dimensions. At Last, the author gave several enlitenments on Chinese next generation of teachers with the development of the ICT standard. |
