提高网络学习社区黏度之策略研究

Research on Strategies to Improve the Stickiness of the Networked Learning Communities

Web2.0技术和SNS工具的引入促进了网络学习社区的发展也带来了一些问题，文章试图从提高社区黏度的角度来探寻建设网络学习社区的良方。参考商业模式下SNS社区的成功范例，并结合网络学习社区的核心要素，从知识黏度、社交黏度和技术黏度三个层面综合着手提出了一些具体的策略。

Technologies of Web2. 0 and SNS tools are helpful to the development of the networked learning communities， and cause several problems as well. This paper aims to research on strategies to conduct the networked learning communities from the perspective of community stickiness. Based on the core elements of the learning community， and by using experiences of successful commercial SNS communities for reference; we come up with several strategies from three respects：knowledge dimension， social dimension， and technical dimension.
