Higher Education, Globalization and The Critical Emergence of Diversity

人们通常认为不公平的重要表现就是存在差异，在教育领域亦是如此。作者从全球化进程中的差异着手，通过对时代变化下高等教育范式的变迁进行分析，最终得出了结论：差异不等于不公平；我们应当将差异的多样化和多样性区分开来；高等教育应该也能够在教育公平的建设过程中扮演更关键的角色。

Normally we take difference as important manifestation of iniquity， especially in the area of education. Beginning with the difference in the globalization process， through analysis of the dynamics of higher education paradigm over time， the author finally concluded that 1. Difference itself is not inequity；2. We should not identify variety with diversity；3. Higher education should and can play a more critical role in the construction of education equity.
