高校学科专业结构与大学生就业问题研究--以江苏省为例

The Study in the Relations between University Disciplines and College Students’ Emlpoyment

伴随高等教育大众化的进程，江苏省高校招生规模不断扩大，大学生就业总量逐年走高。而社会就业需求量难以满足不断增长的新增大学生就业供给量。需求与供给的关系不平衡，加剧了大学生就业结构性矛盾。从需求与供给的基本关系入手，研究大学生就业问题对于加快产业结构和高校生专业结构调整具有重大的现实意义。

As the popularization of Chinese higher education， the total enrollment of universities and colleges in Jiangsu Province has increased year by year. This high enrollment makes the imbalance of demand and supply， which further worsen the students’ employment situation. This paper deals with students’ employment from the perspective of demand-supply. This has much implications to promote industry reconstruction and university disciplines readjustment.
