创新人才培养是新时期我国人才战略的核心任务，是清华大学人才培养的崇高使命。经过多年努力，清华大学探索和建立了一种创新人才培养的新模式，即以高水平学科建设为基础的创新性实践教育。

Training creative talents is not only a core task for Chinese higher education， but a noble mission for Tsinghua university. Through years’ efforts， Tsinghua university has created a new program of creative talents training， which is the innovative and practical education based on building high-level academic disciplines.
