| 英文摘要 | According to a national survey of a number of universities in China, there is no evidence showing that higher education quality has been declining. The key factor affecting higher education quality is that there has no significant change in university pedagogy for many years. University pedagogy innovation in the west has progressed along with university modernization. German universities created seminar, while American universities integrated seminar into the institution of class instruction, and developed the second generation of pedagogy. The factors that affect the innovation of university pedagogy include university policies, willingness of faculty and students, and teaching and learning conditions. The right breaking point for university pedagogy innovation should be found, so as to make teaching a type of activities full of wisdom. |
