An Analysis of Key Relationships concerning Harmonious Development of the University

构建社会主义和谐社会是我国现代化建设发展的重大举措，也是我国现代化建设的必然要求。大学在我国实施科教兴国战略和人才强国战略体系中具有决定性作用，在和谐社会的建设中具有重大作用。在高等教育大众化的阶段中，如何保证大学的改革和发展，处理好各方面的矛盾和冲突，和谐理念具有重要意义。本文从和谐发展的角度来探视大学发展中的若干关系问题，并尝试构建解决这些问题的框架。

Constructing harmonious socialist society is a critical strategy as well as a prerequisite for China’s modernization. The university plays a determining national strategies of “science and education for China’s development” and “human resources fro China’s development”. And the university also plays a crucial role in building harmonious society. In the phase of higher education massification， the concept of harmony is of significant importance for safeguarding the university’s reform and development. This study explores a series of issues and relationships concerning university development from the perspective of harmonious development， and proposes a related problem-solving framework.
