研究型大學人才培養體系建設的新探索──清華大學”985工程”二期本科人才培養項目規劃及建設成效

A New Exploration in Talent Cultivation System in the Research University

清华大学根据自身的办学理念、建设世界一流大学战略目标和人才培养的总目标，在”985工程”一期本科教育教学体系建设的基础上，制定了二期人才培养项目规划和实施方案，并经过四年的实际建设，进一步加强了创新型的研究型大学人才培养体系。

Tsinghua University has put forward a new talent cultivation strategic planning and implementation schemes for the second phase of Project 985. this new project plan is formed on the basis of Tsinghua’s institutional missions， its strategic objective to strive towards the world-class university， and its overarching talent cultivation goals. After four years’ implementation， this new project plan proved to be effective in strengthening talent cultivation system in innovative research university.
