浅谈大学、政府和企业三者间关系研究

A Literature Review of University ─ Government ─ Enterprise Relationship

大学、政府和企业三者间关系是组织间关系的一种形态。如何建立大学、政府与 企业和共处、良性互动的关系是21世纪国家构建创新体系的关键与核心。本文对大学、政府和企业三者间关系发展的实践模式进行了介绍，阐述了三者间关系建立的理论基础。在此基础上，对国内外有关大学、政府和企业的研究现状进行了梳理，指出了现有研究的不足和问题。文章最后对未来有关大学、政府和企业的研究进行了展望。

The relationships between the university， government， and enterprise are that of an organizational configuration. How to establish harmonious and interactive relationships between the three actors is crucial to building national innovation system in the 21st century. This article studies the relationships between the three both in theory and in practice， then surveys the Chinese and also international research literature on this topic， analyses concerning issues and problems， and concludes with a view of its research prospect.
