A Model of Capacity Structure for College Prefect

根据统计分析，高校辅导员的素质可以归结为三类：管理能力素质、专业知识素质和个人思想政治素质。由此构建高校辅导员素质的三维结构（”MIK模型”）：在”工作目标”维度，管理能力素质包括组织管理能力、表达能力、分析判断能力、自我控制能力、沟通能力和应变能力：在”知识”维度，专业知识素质主要包括专业知识、综合知识、知识的学习与创新等；在”价值”维度，个人思想政治素质主要包括政治素质、思想素质、道德素质等。个人思想政治素质在高校辅导员素质结构中最为重要，管理能力素质次之，专业知识素质再次。

The article proposes a three dimensional model of capacity structure for college perfect：management， knowledge， and ideological and political capacities（MKI）. The “work objective” dimension involves management capacities of organization， presentation， analysis， self─control， communication and emergency response. The “knowledge” dimension involves professional and generic knowledge， and learning and innovation skills. The “value” dimension involves ideological， political， and ethical capacities. In order of importance to a collect prefect， it is value， management， and knowledge.
