Model Curricula Development in Chinese Higher Education Institutions

本文提出了课程的六要素，课程建设的内容和内在要求。并以清华大学本科精品课程建设为例，讨论了清华大学如何依照课程建设的内在要求，建立相应的管理制度，逐歩推进精品课程建设。

This paper discusses the six essential elements of a curriculum， and the contents and requirements for curriculum development. Based on the experience of Tsinghua University， the paper proposes to build a management system to support model curricula development in accordance with the intrinsic requirements of curriculum development.
