中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討幼兒園中有關教保員之個人背景變項、家庭支持、角色知覺和工作承諾的關係。研究者以自編之「幼兒園教保員工作與家庭感受問卷」為研究工具,採Google表單進行調查,得到有效樣本共323位。研究結果顯示,發現家庭支持與角色知覺及工作承諾三者各互相為顯著正相關,而其中家庭支持與角色知覺能有效預測其工作承諾,另外在家庭支持分向度之情感支持、訊息支持、實質支持及角色知覺之分向度專業知能、服務態度、工作倫理、專業成長上也是相同結果,能有效預測教保員之工作承諾,並能有不錯的解釋力。最後本研究也提出幾項建議供參。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between personal background variables, family support, role perceptions, and job commitment among Preschool Educare Givers. The researcher used a self-administered ''Work and Family Perceptions Questionnaire for Preschool Educare Givers '' as the research instrument, and a Google form was used to conduct the survey. 323 valid samples were obtained. The results of the study showed that family support, role perception, and work commitment were each significantly positively related to each other, and family support and role perception were effective in predicting their work commitment. The results of the study are also similar in terms of professional knowledge, service attitude, work ethics, and professional growth at the role perception level. Finally, the study also makes a few recommendations for reference. |
