According to the findings from interviewing with or investigating by questionnaire of 325 secondary school teachers about their hidden concepts of student psychological health， we discover： (1) teachers consider learning behavior， morality， psychological trait as standards for judging student psychological health; (2) teachers confuse some standards for morality and school regulations with psychological standards; (3) teachers think little of the importance of student communication and good interpersonal relationship
