Sense of Social Responsibilitiy：Construction and Development

责任感的建构责任指[份内应做的事]、[应尽的义务]。社会责任感即个体作为享有独立人格的社会成员对其份内应做的事、应尽的义务的态度、心向。[人类发展的目的在于使人日臻完善；使他的人格丰富多彩，表达方式复杂多样；使他作为一个人，作为一个家庭和社会的成员，作为一个公民和生产者、技术发明者和有创造性的理想家，来承担各种不同的基本目标统一于培育完整的人的整体使命之中。

Sense of social responsibility refers to attitude and aptitude with which a social member as a person who enjoys independent personality does what he should do. Sense of social responsibility consists of four factors：caring， identity， action and knowledge， and manifests itself as self responsibility and social responsibility for others. The basic principles for developing the sense of social responsibility in pupils should be (1) subjectivity， (2) cultural orientation， (3) communication-practice. The main problems at present arise from society-centered orientation in objectives， content and demand， from too much adulthood and idealism， from too much inculcation in methods，from oversimplification and a far cry from life. We should emphasize the basic content， gradually open pupils' mind from near to far and from concrete to abstract， and improve pupils' power to take the responsibility upon themselves based on respect for every pupil' s personal development， independent personality， and the rights to be a man.
