How to Review a Research Paper on Educational Experiment scientifically

1994-1997年我们在武义县实验中学开展了心理素质教育实验，1998年《教育研究》第2期发表了论文《中学生心理素质教育的理论思考和实验探索》。该文根据当时我国素质教育的发展特点，重点阐释心理素质教育的意义以引起更多的人关注及实践这种教育，并介绍我们已有的探索进展。

On the example of Au Yang's review， the author discussed the principles of how to review the sample， hypothesis， variables and effectiveness of experiments， and advocated for respecting objectivity while reviewing experimental research in education. The author also criticized the phenomenon of making and adapting quotations by the reviewer himself， ignoring or misunderstanding intentionally the original content of the reviewed paper. The conclusion has since been reached that educational review should be constructive， positive and to the point.
