後疫情時代的曙光：影響宜蘭縣冬山河親水公園觀光之重要因素探討

The dawn of the post-pandemic era: The Important Factors Effecting the Sightseeing of Dongshan River Water Park in Yilan City

近年來冬山河親水公園觀光人次有逐年下降的趨勢，縣政府也積極檢討中。本研究發現影響區域觀光發展的影響因素眾多，經由文獻探討與專家訪談後，將區域觀光發展影響因素分為執行能力、永續發展、特色營造、滿足需求等 4大構面和 13 項次準則，透過層級分析法（AHP）釐清影響宜蘭縣冬山河親水公園觀光之重要因素。結果顯示「特色營造」和「永續發展」是區域觀光發展的第一與第二重要的重要構面，而「廣告行銷」、「獨特創新性」、「財力資源」和「自然資源維護」是區域觀光發展的重要次準則。本研究結論分析中以這些面向提出建議，希冀能對發覺影響宜蘭縣冬山河親水公園觀光之重要因素有所貢獻，也能有助於臺灣未來的觀光整體發展。

In recent years, the number of tourists visiting Dongshan River Water Park has been declining year by year, and the county government is actively reviewing it. This study found that there are many influencing factors affecting the development of regional tourism. After literature review and expert interviews, the influencing factors of regional tourism development were divided into 4 major aspects and 13 sub-criteria: executive ability, sustainable development, characteristic creation, and meeting needs. , through the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to clarify the important factors that affect the tourism of Dongshan River Water Park in Yilan County. The results show that ''characteristic creation'' and ''sustainable development'' are the first and second important aspects of regional tourism development, while ''advertising marketing'', ''uniqueness and innovation'', ''financial resources'' and ''natural resource maintenance'' It is an important sub-criterion for regional tourism development. In the conclusion analysis of this study, suggestions are made based on these aspects, hoping to contribute to the discovery of important factors affecting the tourism of Dongshan River Water Park in Yilan County, and also contribute to the overall development of tourism in Taiwan in the future.
