英文摘要 | The new teachers who has just entered the job are in the confusion in classroom management, impacting on their professional development. In this article, using interview method, with low-grade classroom of new teachers as research object, investigating their understanding about classroom behavior problems and approaches. On this basis, making a suggestion from the government, schools and new teachers own professional development. |
