英文摘要 | The implementation of the Teachers' Performance salary policy means a boost to the performance management of teachers, and the improvement of the executive force is also required. The middle-level managers in elementary schools and high schools are of great importance to enhance the executive force. It is the key factor to clarify the function positioning of the middle-level managers in schools. In this article the author analyzes the perforce management function positioning of the middle-level managers in schools. |
