中文摘要 | 文章在TPACK 框架下,从整合视角将学科教学内容、教学方法、教学技术三方面有机融合,创新性探索了《企业经营决策与管理综合模拟实训》课程设计与实践,该课程旨在以学生能力为导向,解决经管类专业学生跨学科知识、能力和素质三位一体人才的高效培养问题。教学内容包括企业设立、战略管理、预算管理、运营管理等;教学方法采用了设问启发、角色模拟、小组讨论、汇报提问、发现纠错等多样化教学法;教学技术充分利用计算机技术,开发模拟软件,仿真市场环境和企业经营情况。通过课程教学运行研究发现:整合模拟的企业经营管理实验教学,对调动学生的主体意识和参与意识,拓宽经管类专业学生知识面、融合学科专业知识应用、训练系统思维能力和启发创新创业意识等方面具有重要作用。 |
英文摘要 | Under the framework of TPACK, this essay will organically integrate three aspects: interdisciplinary teaching content, role-playing, group discussion, teaching technique from a comprehensive point of view; creatively explore the teaching design and experiment in The Comprehensive Simulation Training in Operating Decision and Management of Enterprises. Holding student’s ability as the guideline, this course means to solve the problems existing in the highly-proficient talent training in interdisciplinary knowledge, capabilities and qualities of economic and managerial students. The teaching content is comprised of the establishment enterprises, strategic management, budget management and operation management; and the teaching method will include inspiring students with rhetorical questions, role-playing, group discussion, giving reports and raising questions, finding faults and many other diverse ways; computer technology, simulation software, simulated market environment and enterprise management will be fully exploited in teaching techniques. Through teaching operation research on the course, it is shown that comprehensive simulated experimental teaching of business management plays an influential role in stimulating the subject consciousness and sense of participation in students, broadening economic and managerial students’ scope of knowledge, combining the implication of knowledge from respective subjects, training systematic thinking abilities and inspiring innovative entrepreneur spirits. |
