有效援助是当前国际发展援助的重要议程之一，同时也为国际教育援助直接指明了方向。在“中非合作论坛”框架下，中国对非教育援助规模不断扩大，影响日益增强。因此，在有效援助议程下，审视我国对非教育援助的政策与实践，不断提升我国对非教育援助的有效性，这对于其可持续发展有着重要的意叉。

Aid effectiveness is one of the agendas ot toreign development am， which provides the direction for foreign education aid. Under the FOCAC framework，しhinafs education aid to Africa is expanding， and its influence is increasing. Hence， reviewing the policies and practice of our education aid to Africa under the agenda of fiid effectiveness， and upgrading its effectiveness， is important for sustainability of China's education aid to Airica.
