高校微课“趋同进化”教学设计促进翻转课堂教学策略研究

Research on the Promotion of Flipped Classroom Teaching Strategies by Using Convergent Evolution Micro Courses Instructional Design in University

翻转课堂教学模式以及微课程的出现引发了世界范围新一轮课堂教学改革的理论与实践探索，该研究从剖析高等院校微课程与翻转课堂的关系入手，分析了目前高校微课设计的误区和存在的问题，同时引入生物学“趋同进化”理论，从理论和实践两个层面构建SMVP微课趋同教学应用环境模型，创设微课趋同教学环境，并基于该模型总结提出了有效微课趋同设计的方法和实施策略，对于促进高校翻转课堂教学模式的构建研究具有借鉴价值。

Flipped classroom and micro courses lead to the theoretical and practical research on instructional reform all over theworld. The paper analyses the relation between micro courses and flipped classroom and points out the misunderstandings andquestions in micro courses design in university. Using the convergent evolution theory in biology， the paper builds the SMVPenvironmental model and establishes the micro courses convergent instructional environment. Some effective ways and strategies ofmicro courses convergent design are established based on the model which are significant for reference in the build of micro coursesinstructional model.
