Review on The Normalized Induction Manual for Shanghai Primary and Secondary School Trainee Teacher

2012 年上海市教委面向全市推出见习教师规范化培训制度。为了落实该制度，有关部门研制了见 习教师规范化培训手册。该手册自2012 年试用以后，市教委及相关师训部分在充分调研的基础上，于2016 年 推出最新版本的培训手册。新版相对于旧版发生了哪些变化，这些变化合理性如何？新版是否还有进一步改进 的空间？接下来，该如何在新版的基础上，进一步完善培训手册？本文针对上述这些问题作了逐一的解答。

In 2012， Shanghai Municipal Education Commission launched a normalized induction program for trainee teachers. In order to implement this program， relevant departments developed a normalized training manual for trainee teachers. After the manual has been tried out in 2012， the Municipal Education Commission tried to revise the old version of 2012 and issue the latest version of 2016 on the basis of full investigation. What happened to the new version compared with the old version， and what is the reasonableness of these changes? Is there any room for further improvement in the new version? And， how to further improve the training manual based on the new version? This article tries to answer these questions one by one.
