Innovation of American Colleges' Administrative Reform in the Era of Big Data

Nowwe are in an era of big data. As an important part of society，colleges cannot be out of the era of big data. Pulling- in the big data， colleges can bring lots of irreplaceable benefits for them. Currently，many American colleges are using powerful big data initiatively， to make three important innovations in administrative reform：predicting which students can be enrolled in their colleges；predicting which students will be in academic struggle or failure， so that to give them advices or additional helps to promote rate of retention and rate of graduation； as well as supporting their policies and strategic decision- makings.
