The Implementation Path to Innovations of Internal Governance System in HEIs: A Review of the Symposium on Theory and Practice of Innovations of Internal Governance System in HEIs
Promoting the Modernization of Governance System and Ability has been not only national will， but also the goal of organizational management reform in various industries since the 18th National Congress of the CPC. Turning higher education institutions， which have a mission of talent cultivation and knowledge innovation， into organizations of modern management capabilities is clearly an urgent problem to be solved. At the Symposium on Theory and Practice of Innovations of Internal Governance System in HEIs， participant experts and scholars discussed in-depth and established a wide-range exchange on the following perspectives with the relationship of Innovations of Internal Governance System in Colleges and Universities: clarifying the primary and secondary contradictions in governance reform， reconstruction of management and assessment system， balancing power structure and optimizing organizational structure， promoting cultural construction and paying attention to teachers' participation， and learning from ancient and modern experience. The insightful viewpoints and proposals put forward by experts and scholars are of great theoretical value and practical significance.
