Study on American NASPE High-quality Physical Education System for Children ： Experience and Implications

儿童时期是身体发育和技能发展最为迅速和关键的时期，需要接受科学、适宜的体 育教育。处于世界体育教育领先水平的美国运动与体育协会，在其长期的专业沿革基础上，形 成一套成熟的高质量儿童体育教育体系。这一儿童体育教育体系以培养“受过体育教育者”为 愿景，具有以儿童为中心、体育理念先进、专业架构系统、从业教师专业性强等特征。借鉴其成 功经验，可以进一步推动我国在儿童体育的政策制度、理论研究、课程编制、教师队伍方面的建 设，从而促进我国儿童体育教育体系的完善及儿童体育事业的蓬勃发展。

Childhood is the most rapid and critical period of physical development and skills development， in which they needs to receive scientific and appropriate physical education. As the world sports leader， NASPE has formed a mature system of high-quality physical education for children with a profound background and on the basis of long-term professional evolution. NASPE aims at developing uphysically educated persons'^ which features child-centered， advanced sports concept， professional-based systems， and professional teachers. Through carefully learning from NASPE^s experiences， our country can further strengthen our children physical education policies and systems，theoretical research，curriculum development and construction of teaching force. Thus we can promote the establishment and development of our physical education system for children in an all-around manner.
