中文摘要 | 从国家人才培养的战略看,国家急需各类学校培养出具有较强创新能力和协作能力的综合型人才,而目前以“以教师为中心”的教学模式显然难以满足这一要求。该文基于文献分析和前人的研究成果,通过在大学计算机公共课中开展翻转课堂(简称FCM)的教学实践,利用LASSI量表测量了FCM模式下学习者在入学时和入学一年后的自主学习能力、协作能力水平及其变化,从而基于实证研究的方法分析了FCM在培养学生创新能力、协作能力方面的教育价值,并进一步研究了FCM教学活动中课程内容的适用性和不同类型学习者的适应性。最后,基于FCM教学实践中出现的问题,总结了FCM的教学流程、FCM教学活动的有效组织方法和控制策略,为优质FCM教学的设计和管理提供了参考。 |
英文摘要 | From the national talent cultivation strategy, countries in urgent need of all kinds of school training with strong innovation ability and cooperation ability of comprehensive talents, and the current “Teacher centered” teaching mode is obviously difficult to meet this requirement. Based on the analysis of literature and the previous research results, and through to carry out the teaching practice of the flipped classroom (FCM) in university public computer course, this paper talks about the level and change of the independent learning ability, cooperation ability of the FCM model learners in enrollment and admission after a year by LASSI scales and Data Analysis. And then, the paper analysis the educational value of FCM in cultivating students’ creative ability, cooperation ability, and further study the adaptability of content of courses in teaching activities of FCM and applicability of different types of learners which based on empirical research. Finally, by the problems in FCM teaching practice, it summarizes the teaching process of FCM, the effective organization and control strategies of FCM teaching activities, which provides a good reference for the design and management of FCM teaching. |
