英文摘要 | The scientification' systematization and standardization of the teacher evaluation system is very meaningful for improving teaching efficiency ? promoting professional development and promoting the development of education in China. To promote teacher developments we try to construct a three-dimensional evaluation system (curriculum evaluation, teacher evaluation,and student evaluation) based on a teacher evaluation criteria library, with a view to deepening the university teaching reform and improving teaching quality. In the new age? to further improve the teaching evaluation system and enhance its operability and validity ? we should firmly establish the concept of teacher evaluation that promotes development, focus on organic creation of teacher evaluation, Jorge a system of self-evaluation supplemented by other-evaluation, and establish a rational teacher appeal procedure. |
