本文以比较教育的视角，从职业资格与功能等方面对教师资格制度的性质进行了 厘定;论述了教师资格定期注册制的无年限单次注册和有年限更新注册两种类型和内容，以及教 师资格考试制度的类型和内容，对当前我国实施教师资格制度的公众误读进行了解析。

This paper clarifies the nature of teacher's qualification at vocational qualifications and capabilities in the perspective of comparative education; discussed the two types of teacher's qualifications of regularly registration including the non-period single registration and period renewal registration and the types and content of teacher's examination. And it then analyses the public misunderstanding of the China's current implementation of teacherFs qualification system.
