Singapore's Private Higher Education Evaluation Elements and Their Mutual Relations

新加坡是亚洲教育产业市场的新兴发达国家。为了在全球私立高等教育的竞争中维持市场上的地位，新加坡需要明确私立高等教育质量评估要素及其相互影响，以便提升私立高等教育的竞争力。本文认为，新加坡私立高等教育的各评估要素中，服务质量、价格满意度和形象等级是学生总体满意度的主要影响因素，进而影响学生的重购意愿。随着重购意愿的提高，积极口碑也随之提高。

Singapore is the emerging developed country in the Asia education industry. In order to maintain the market position， Singapore's private higher education needs to be clear about the relations among variables in private higher education evaluation，which enhance its competitiveness. This study shows that repurchase intention of students is closely associated with service quality，price satisfaction and image rating，all of which are antecedents of overall satisfaction of students. Consistent with this rationale， repurchase intention and positive word of mouth are correlated positively.
