论澳大利亚教师资格制度的发展

On the Development of Qualification of Teachers in Australia

澳大利亚的教师资格制度经历了三个阶段的发展后形成了以教师资格鉴定和教师资格注册制度为基本类型的比较成熟的发展体系。本文在梳理其历史沿革的基础上着重评介了其鉴定制和注册制的实施，以及以整体发展标准化、内容建构伦理化和实施互认法律化的发展特点。

Australian teacher qualification system has experienced three development stages and formed a more mature development system in which identification and registration as the basic parts. On the basis of combing the historical evolution， this paper reviews the implementation of the system and describes its trends such as that the development is based on teacher professional standards，strengthening teachers' professional ethics and mutual recognition of qualifications.
