中文摘要 | 运用社会网络分析法对世界知名高校智库研究人员的教育及任职经历进行量化分析。结果发现:一流高校智库研究人员绝大多数获得名校博士学位,具有学术、政府、商业、媒体和其他非营利性社会组织的多元化任职经历,不同高校智库组织的人员任职经历网络存在差异和特色化发展现象。从结构主义的视角来看,这有助于高校智库增强和积累社会资本,从而有效提高政策影响力。 |
英文摘要 | We used social network analysis to study the education and career experiences of researchers who work for world famous university一based think tanks. The results showed that the researchers received PhD degrees in world-class universities and most of them had career experiences in academic, government,business,media and other non-profit social organizations. The career experience network varied across the think tanks. From the perspective of social capital and influence on policies. |
