少数民族幼儿对教师有自己的喜欢标准，按其喜欢程度的高低分别为“性格”“交往”“外貌”“生活照顾”幽默”认知和技能”六大维度。幼儿教师应具备良好的性格和“幽默”素养，需要注意自己的仪表，做到经常观察和记录幼儿作品和行为，重视积极的师幼交往关系和对少数民族幼儿的生活照顾，提高认知和技能的传授专业水平。

The minority preschool children have their own standard for favoring teachers. According to the level of favoring，there are six dimensions of the standard including personality，interpersonal skills， appearance，caring for life， humor， and knowledge and skills. Preschool teachers should have good personality and good humor，need to pay attention to their appearance，often observe and record the children’s work and behavior，attaches great importance to positive teacher-children relationship and caring minority children’s life，and improve professional level of teaching knowledge and skills.
