国外教师合作教研演变发展及特点

Development and Features of Teachers’Collaboration in Teaching and Research Abroad

教师合作教研即团队式教育教学研究活动，是指教师之间通过专业对话、沟通和合作，共同分享经验，共同研究教学问题而采取的一系列行为。本文以美、日、俄三国为例，从合作组成方式和教研内容两个角度，阐述了国外教师合作教研的发展历程。

Teachers’ collaboration in teaching and research involves academic conversation and communication， learning and experience sharing. From the perspective of the content and pattern of teachers’ collaboration， this paper， by taking examples from America ， Japan and Russia， presents that the development of foreign teachers’ collaboration in teaching and research can be divided in three processes: germination period， newly established period and rapid developing period.
