中文摘要 | 文章借鉴帕森斯的“AGIL”模型理论对高校远程教育发展的问题进行分析,发现高校远程教育存在难以适应国际化冲击和社会需求变化、培养目标过于单一、资源整合不充分、对文化因素重视不足和制度规范不完善等问题。因此,文章从“AGIL”模型的适应功能、目标达成功能、整合功能和潜在模式维持功能出发,提出了基于“AGIL”的高校远程教育发展对策,使其朝着创新进取的方向不断发展。 |
英文摘要 | Based on the “AGIL” model proposed by Parsons, the paper analyzes distance education in colleges and universities, and finds that there are problems in distance education in colleges and universities, such as difficult to adapt to the international shock and various social needs, signal training objectives, inadequate resource integration, less attention to the cultural factor, and imperfect regulation, etc. Therefore, started from the function of adaptation, goal attainment, integration, and latency pattern maintenance of “AGIL” model, the paper puts forward the measures for the development of distance education, in order to continuously develop in innovative direction. |
