Academic Climate Report:A Structural Approach

結構視角下的學風研究顯示，明日之星大學(化名)的學風現狀主要歸因于六大主題，即它的辦學理念、教學模式、學生評教、學習環境、學術誠信和它對大眾化階段精英教育的詮釋方式。每個主題的分析與討論都剖析了一系列具體問題，并在此基礎上提出了相應的對策和建議。

The findings of this research indicate that the current academic climate at the case univer-sity is shaped primarily by six themes，namely the operating missions，teaching and learning para-digms，student evaluations of teaching，learning environment，academic integrity，and the changing context.A variety of issues are addressed in the analysis of each theme followed by conclusions and rec-ommendations.
