基于体验学习圈的职前教师教育技术能力培养策略探析

教育信息化的不断推进，对职前教师的教育技术能力提出了更高的要求。教育技术能力的核心是应用，它的提高更多的需要职前教师的亲身实践和体验，而体验学习圈正是一种注重学习者实践和体验的理论。该文从当前职前教师教育技术能力培养的现状出发，结合体验学习圈理论的特点，探讨了基于体验学习圈的职前教师教育技术能力培养策略，并将这些策略应用到培养实践中。实践证明，借鉴体验学习圈理论来培养职前教师教育技术能力，选择适合体验学习的培养内容，注重真实体验的创建、反思性活动的设计和再实践机会的提供。能够有效提高职前教师的教育技术能力，从而提升其专业素质，增强其就业竞争力。

With the educational informatization deepening， higher requests have been put forward on the pre-service teachers’educational technology abilities. The core of educational technology abilities is application， and the improvement of applicationneeds more first-hand practice and experience. The experiential learning cycle just pays more attention to the learners’ practice andexperience. This paper， based on the current training status of pre-service teachers’ educational technology abilities， combinedwith the characteristics of the experiential learning circle theory， discusses the training strategies of pre-service teachers’ educationaltechnology abilities on the experiential learning circle， and applies these strategies into practice. The practice show that， based onthe experiential learning cycle to train the pre-service teachers’ educational technology abilities， and choose proper training contents，emphasize the construction of the real experience， and the design of the reflective activities and provide chances for re-practice， thus，the pre-service teachers’ educational technology abilities will be enhanced efficiently. Meanwhile， their professional quality andemployment competitiveness will increase， too.
